How we use and store your information.

If you have engaged with Logie-tec.com Ltd. trading as Hiband Ltd. in the past or just about to embark on a trading relationship with us, we would like to inform you of the data that may be held on our systems or held in our cloud provider systems.

We do not share your information with any other organisation. With prior consent we may suggest 3rd party suppliers to assist you in your business, but will engage and inform you before any data is moved.

Security is our utmost concern, we use various protection processes to keep your data safe.

As part of our work we use various systems to aid us in performing functions to your business. 

• Keeper ( Storing password data, setup configurations, VPN details, IP addresses etc)

• Microsoft Office 365 (Email Communication)

• Customer Backup Data (Images of computers for disaster recovery, backup of data whilst working on a computer) Held on hard disks, USB drives or Flash drives

• Computers owned by the business (Access to data via computers & smart phones)

• Acronis for Backup

• Veeam for Backup with Cloud Encrypted Off Site Storage

• Minimum use of Paper records (Accounts Paperwork)

Any storage medium will be secured with a strong password, a PIN or two factor authentication where appropriate, or physically secured. 

If at any time you wish to withdraw from this agreement, please use the contact button in the menu above to arrange for your data to be returned and records removed.
